• Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., (walk-ins welcome)

Please Note:

• For immunizations, clients need to sign in by 4:00 p.m. to allow time for forms to be completed Foot care by appointment only, please call 217-735-2317 TB skin test are given on Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesdays only.
• The client must return two days later to have the test results read

Satellite Clinics:

• Friendship Manor, 2nd Friday, 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
• Logan Court High Rise, 2nd Wednesday, 10:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
• Dental Clinic ScheduleMonday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., (appointment required)

The dental clinic serves Medicaid eligible children and adults free of charge and uninsured or under-insured children and adults on a sliding fee basis.

Preventative care including exams, x-rays, and hygiene service Restorative care including fillings, root canals, extractions, and dentures
