Early Prenatal Services
Eligible clients
    Female that is currently pregnant
    Meet income guidelines at or below 250% Federal Poverty Level (FPL)
    Texas resident

We will need proof of income and residency. Complete application at 1902 Shelton. Please call for an appointment.
Adjunctive Eligibility

Proof of Benefits Program with one of the following:

    Medicaid
    SNAP
    TANF
    WIC

Early Prenatal Services

    Early OB exam and labs
    Education
    Provision of Prenatal vitamins if needed
    Referral for ultrasound

Once approved for Pregnancy Medicaid, you will be referred to the Doctor of your choice to continue prenatal care and delivery.
