WIC Program Hours of Operation:
Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 7:00pm

WOMEN'S HEALTH CLINIC: pap smear, breast exam, medical screening, birth control counseling and supplies including prescriptions.

IMMUNIZATIONS: Standard child and adolescent immunizations
$20 per child per visit, or Medicaid (No CHIPS or private insurance accepted)

BLOOD PRESSURE: screening and monitoring

PREGNANCY TESTING AND COUNSELING: Minors do NOT require parental consent. Results are confidential.

SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED DISEASES: diagnosis & treatment.
Minors do NOT require parental consent. Results are confidential. Cost $30.00

H.I.V.: lab test and counseling. Minors do NOT require parental consent. Results are confidential. Cost $13.00

BLOODWORK: with prescription from doctor. Costs vary.
